Main Office Clinic Therapist
Aspire has an exciting opportunity for new therapists to come on board as independent contractors in our Main Office Clinic. You must be licensed in the State of Maryland as a LCSW-C, LCPC, Psychologist or equivalent with license in good standing. Aspire will complete the credentialing process for you!
We are looking for therapists who work with clients of all ages and backgrounds and who are able to commit to at least 10 client sessions per week. Bi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply. We accept most private and public insurances, We offer therapists flexible scheduling in a dynamic, family friendly atmosphere!
Community Based Program Therapist
Our community-based programs began in 1988 to help vulnerable populations (mothers and children, seniors and adults with health issues) who struggle to make traditional office-based appointments due to financial, cultural and language barriers.
Our current programs include the award winning Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies – no-cost home based therapy for uninsured low income women with perinatal depression; Positive Aging – on-site counseling, support groups, and referral services to seniors; Trauma Informed School Program – in-school support for students experiencing mental health problems; Integrated Behavioral Health / Primary Care – on-site therapy at MobileMed clinics for low-income adults.
Community based program therapists work remotely to serve Montgomery County’s diverse underserved population. The positions are rewarding and will give you experience in delivering culturally competent mental health care.

Current Position Openings
Aspire Counseling has an opening for a full-time therapist in our Trauma Informed Schools program. This is a wonderful opportunity for a licensed mental health therapist (LMSW, LGPC, etc. or higher).
The Trauma Informed Schools program is an exciting new initiative of Aspire Counseling and our community partners. Therapists will work independently with clients to provide therapy to children who have been affected by traumatic events. Therapists will also help educate school-based staff on the impact of trauma in children.
The position will work with Middle School-aged children in the school setting. The position is located in Montgomery County, primarily in the Gaithersburg area.
This is a 40 hour per week, hourly position. Bilingual Spanish-English skills are preferred for this position. Apply here via Indeed.
